AMC Fencing are a fencing and landscaping company located in Biddulph, Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire.
We can work Nationwide, but our main area of operations are North Staffordshire and Cheshire, covering towns including Congleton, Macclesfield, Alsager, Leek, Sandbach, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Northwich, Knutsford and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
We are a Professional, fully insured organisation providing our services to both trade and public. In addition to fencing and landscaping, we lay drives, garden decking, build walls, garden gates, even wooden gates that could be the entrance to a farmers field! We pride ourselves in attention to detail and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work we do, and every Fencing job, every Landscaping project, every Patio and Driveway job is left clean and tidy before we leave.
The two images above show a block paved driveway laid by AMC Fencing.
The first image shows the drive after we took up the old bricks, which had become uneven and looked unsightly.
The second shows the drive when we have finished. We used a Brindle mixture of different, but complimentary coloured bricks, and finished off the edge with a charcoal brick to provide a nice contrast. Overall, this gives a much more pleasing effect than using one coloured brick throughout.
The two images above show a block paved driveway, and an Indian Stone flagged drive laid by AMC Fencing in Congleton.
The first image shows a block paved drive laid with a beautiful uniform charcoal coloured brick. The bricks are different sizes, laid almost at random to give a very pleasing finish. They can now even put the wheelie bins out, with the car in the drive!
In contrast, the other is laid using Raj Green Indian Stone flags, the flags come in three different sizes. We used Indian Stone sets at the beginning of the drive, enabling us to create a very pleasing effect.
We think both look terrific!
The two images above show a couple of patios laid by AMC Fencing in Congleton and Alsager.
The first image shows a patio we laid in Congleton, using Raj Green Indian Stone. It looks very different to the other image, but this is because the picture was taken when the patio was wet after a rain shower; because it is natural stone, this amazing effect is normal. We finish off by hand pointing the flags, this being a much better and stronger method than brushing.
The second shows another Raj Green Indian Stone patio we laid in Alsager, and a number of other parts of the same job. We laid the patio as shown, and then put in a raised base for a garden shed; next we installed a VCB fence with concrete posts and brick effect gravel boards; and finally, to complete the job we re-turfed the lawn!
In this picture, you can see more clearly the hand pointing of the flags.
The images above show a couple of paths laid by AMC Fencing & Landscaping in Congleton.
The first image shows a garden path that was laid using different, but complimentary, coloured flags and hand pointed. We also built in a retaining concrete curb, with a gap onto the lawn for the mower, wheelbarrow etc.
The second path matches the drive we laid, replacing the tired looking tarmac.
